Langtang Gosaikund Helambu Trekking via Melamchi Bazaar Trekking trail includes Langtang valley, Gosainkunda Lake & Helambu. All these places are situated in the north-east of Kathmandu valley border with Tibet. This is an area inhabited by Tibetans & Tamang who share a similar religion, language and clothing style. The landscapes you cross are extremely varied rice-terraces, gigantic rhododendron and firs forests in lower part and in the highest parts you get rock and shrub wilderness with the fascinating backdrop of snowy peaks. The route passes by the sacred lakes of Gosaikunda (4380m), a pilgrimage spot where during the full moon festival of August, hundreds of pilgrims gather here. This trekking starts from the route to Langtang valley, then Gosainkunda Lake. After Gosaikunda lake your trekking continues crossing the Laurebina pass towards the Helambu valley. Helambu valley is the collection of numerous and picturesque Sherpa villages. After Helambu you move towards Melamchi Bazaar, the final destination of trekking. From there you drive back to Kathmandu.

Accomodation during trekking

In above trekking we offer you accommodation in tea house (mountain lodge). A Tea House is the combination of guest house, restaurant, and social hang out.
