Everest Mountain flight
Mountain Flight

The Himalaya is the youngest yet highest mountain range in the world and forms a natural border for Nepal in the northern front. For Nepalese these mountains are the sacred abode of the god and goddess. There is no deny that walking up and down the hills for a close view of the Himalayas is very much worth the effort and time consuming. But Mountain flights being operated by domestic airlines of Nepal make possible to see those Himalayan peaks with easier way within short period of time. The duration of the flight is almost one hour but can be varied as the offers given by different airlines. The major peaks that can be seen from this flight are Mt Everest, Nuptse, Pumori, Cho- Oyu, Gaurishanker, Dorge Lakpa etc.

Most of the domestic airlines operate Everest mountain flights from Kathmandu around the year except in the monsoon seasons of June and July. This Flight is one of the highly favorite extra activities of the tourists visiting Nepal. They combine this flight as a part of their tour and travel program.
