Camping Trekking

Nepal Camping trekking tour is a blend of few days hiking through green mountain trail on the northern side of Kathmandu valley with overnight stay inside tent and sightseeing of amazing cultural heritage sites Nepal. This trek is one of the best options for those people who desire close up with nature but do not interest many days’ hard walking and go to higher elevation. This trek starts from Kakani, 45 minutes drive from Kathmandu city. While hiking you enjoy colorful flowers, various animals and enchanting views of Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Langtang and Mt. Rolwaling range. Nepal Camping trek is also special for birds’ lovers. Many endemic and exotic birds can be seen around its calm nature. Early three days you do walking on the trail inside Shivapuri National Park. Then you arrive to Chisapani village. Here you explore lifestyle and culture of mountain people. From Chisapani you move to Nagarkot, one of the famous destinations for Sunrise/ Sunset and mountain views. After one night stay at Nagarkot you drive back to Kathmandu valley with sightseeing tour of Bhaktapur city, an open museum of typical Nepalese art and architecture. For another one day your sightseeing continues to Swoyambhunath, Boudhanath and Pashupatinath. This tour ends with the farewell dinner at typical Nepalese restaurant enjoying with local cuisines, folk dances and music.

Accomodation during trekking

The above trekking route is in remote area of Nepal. This place is still out of modern civilization. There are very few tea houses/ lodes along the trail. So we offer you accommodation in tent. The tents will be roomy. The sleeping pads/ mattresses will be comfortable. You will sleep in sleeping bag on the mattress inside the tent. We supply all required camping equipments from Kathmandu. Meals during trekking

As this trekking is fully organized camping trek, there will be one experienced cook and his helpers with your team. He will cook meals for you in kitchen tent. He serves you varieties of food in dinning tent.  Normally the kitchen team offers you following items. More

Trekking Team (Guide, Porter)

We offer you an experienced trekking guide. He is in charge of your overall trekking. This is the person you should go to with all problems, concerns and questions. He is well trained in all aspects of trekking, high altitude medicine, first aid and emergency procedure. He is selected in terms of his professionalism. Travel insurance is compulsory in order to participate on any of our trips. When selecting a travel insurance policy we require that at a minimum you are covered for medical expenses including emergency repatriation. Health & Veccinations

For trekking Nepal you don't need to be a mountaineer with rippling muscles. If you are reasonably fit, have a spirit of mountain journey and like walking, you are always qualified for any trekking in Nepal. You do not need any previous experience. More

Passport and Visa

All foreign nationals, except Indian citizens, need visas to enter Nepal. Nepalese visa can be obtained from Nepalese Embassy or consulate in your home country or it can also be obtained at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu upon your arrival. More

High Altitude Sickness

Altitude sickness often known as acute mountain sickness (A.M.S.) in general may occur when people ascend too quickly normally in altitudes of over 3000 m. Most people will feel some affect of altitude, shortness of breath and possibly a light headed, which is fairly common.
