After breakfast half an hour drive to the Dhampus Phedi(1130m/3706ft). Your trek commence from Phedi. From Phedi to Dhampus hike is can be sweaty through the forest of Aal trees with sections of stone steps .It takes two hours from Phedi.

From Pothana the trail climb steady through the forest to the Deurali(2100m/6888ft). The trail descends through rhododendron forest to the Bhaise Kharka. The trail descend to the Modi Khola until crossing suspension bridge you are in New bridge(1340 m/4395). Lunch. After lunch trail begins to climb around the the Kimrong Khola. The trail became a steep and slippery just before the Jhunu Danda(1780m/5838ft). After an hour rest you can visit natural hot springs. O/n at Mountain Lodge in Jhunu Danda.
After breakfast visit hot springs for a morning soak, 30 m steep down to the Modi Khola. The trail down a steep path through the jungle towards Jhinu’s main attraction, its natural hot spring.
There stood a little stone hut for changing and a man took a small fee for access to the hot springs, which were sitting right next to the river.
Two rectangular pools had been built and hot water flowed out of pipes into the pools. The water was lovely. Big white monkeys, Languars, were hanging around only meters from the pool.
After early lunch From Jhinu Danda the trail accent 400m/1312ft continuous to the Taglung village. It is one of the toughest sages in Annapurna sanctuary trek. The Chhomrong village( 2170m/7117ft) one of the biggest Gurung settlement and the village home to many ex- Gurkha soldiers. Overnight at mountain Lodge.
From Chomrong the trail leads west into the side valley of the Kmrong Khola valley. The trail descend to the Gurjung village (1900m) .After few minutes rest with hot tea and coffees you will cross long suspension bridge in stream. The trail begins long climb. The trail is quite steep over the terraces gaining height brutally at times and cool forest near Chuuli. Lunch. After lunch the trail continues up to the Tadapani(2590m) through the thick rhododendron forest. O/n at mountain Lodge in Tadapani.
From Tadapani the trail pass through the dence rhododendron forest to the BhaiKhark From here the trail descends south of Ghandruk village. At the bottom of Ghandruk you can see traditional grindstone in small stream. The trail forks end of village take left hand down trail with paved stone staircases.
The trail contour to another beautiful village Chuile with paved stone staircases. The trail steep descend to Modi Khola through the small settlement terrace field rice paddy. Cross the iron bridge over the Modi Khola Where cultivated and dotted with typical farms and small settlements at Syauli Bazaar. Trek end.
From Syauli Bazaar drive to Nayapul by jeep/ bus, through the splendid view of Machapurchhre mountain through the cultivated and dotted with typical farms. The trails continuous flow the Modi Khola until Birethanti. From Birethanti half an hour walk to the Nayapul. Drive Nayapul to Pokhara by private vehicle. Overnight at hotel Pokhara.
