As you land on the Tenzing Hilary airport in Lukla you can see the amazing landscape, smiling local Sherpa people, Mani walls, people with spinning wheel. While you will find numerous shops, restaurants, café-bars, snooker house and variety of lodges. Then your trek to Everest base camp leads towards Phakding village in between Lukla & Namche. You will descend 200 m below from Lukla to reach Phakding. Consequently, that is good for the better acclimatization.
EBC trek continues as we step towards the sacred mountain Khumbi Yu Lha (5762m/18900ft). Just at the foothill of this mountain is the town of Namche also called the gateway to Mt Everest. Next day our walk will be just above Namche where you will find the highland settlement Khumjung at 3700m/12136ft and Nepal’s highest airfield at Syangboche. While this walk will help to get acclimatized. Without proper acclimatization, it’s not possible to complete the trek without any sickness. We will continue our journey to EBC following Dudhkoshi river valley somehow. Furthermore, the other highlights for EBC trekking are the monastery of Tengboche, Pangboche village, Dingboche & Pheriche village, Khumbu glacier and all the world tallest mountains & peaks.

The 35 minute through the Himalaya will take you to Lukla the trekking starting point for Everest Base camp trek and the trail countinue up and down hill through the bank of the Dudhakoshi to Phakding (2600m/8528ft).
The trail leads towards Namche following Dudh koshi river valley crossing few suspension bridge and traversing through Mani wall & Chorten . After the the last suspension bridge the trail leads straight uphill is probably hardest part for many trekkers.
Today the trail goes upward in the beginning through the Everest view hotel and later the trail transverse through eastern edge of the Khumjung village and the trail descend down to Phunki Tanga and the trail will lead upward towards Tengboche. Then the trail leads downward for 20 minutes to reach Deboche. We will have very good view of Mt Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse (7864m/25794ft), Amadablam(6814m/22350), Cholaste(6335 m/20779ft), Tabuche peak(6495m/21303) during the walk.
The trail leads through the bank of the Dudhkoshi river for the most of the part and at the end after crossing Dudhkoshi river the trail goes high above the Imja river valley and reaches Dingboche.
The trail follows the Dudhkoshi river valley again until we cross Thogla-la Pass at 4750m/15580ft. Then the trail follows Lobouche valley until we reach Lobouche.
The trail leads the flat plain until we cross Lobouche Pass the the trail traverse a bit high above the glacier corner. There will be lot of loose rocks on the way to Gorakshep so, you should keep your eye on your step and the surrounding. After reaching the Gorakshep we will take rest and have launch. After lunch day hike to the Everest base camp (5364m/17594ft)the foot of the world highest mountain.
Early morning climb to towards Kalapatthar(5545m/18187ft) the hillock from where we can see all the mountain including Mt Everest (8848m/29022ft), Nuptse(7864m/25794ft), Pumori (7165m/23501ft), Khumbutse (6639m/21776ft), Amadablam(6814m/22350ft), Thamserku (6618m/21707ft), Kangtega (6783m/22248ft), Lobouche Peak(6135m/20123ft). For sure this is the best place to see Mt Everest.
From Gorakhashep back to the route to the Pheruche. Overnight in mountian lodge in Pheruche.
This hike is also pretty long but it is all way to down to low altitude is pretty easier so, we will feel easier for this hike to the Namche.
This is our last day of hiking since we have started walking. This is also a nice walk though it takes long time but you will comfortable to walk down hill to the Lukla.
