Langtang valley trekking is also called the valley of glaciers trek. Langtang is the closest place to get the massive snow-capped mountains and beautiful glaciers. This valley is located only 19 miles north of Kathmandu. The whole valley is dominated by Mount Langtang Lirung (7246 m/23766 ft)and offers pine forest, swift mountain streams, rugged rock and snow-capped peaks, grassy lawn and meadows.
Langtang valley trekking takes around 8 hours drive from Kathmandu. The starting point of trekking is Syabrubesi. From Syabrubesi you will follow the Langtang River to the east until you get to Kyangin Gompa (3,049/10000 ft) with the overnight stay at Lama Hotel, Langtang valley respectively. On the fourth day, you will arrive at Langtang valley. In this valley, besides natural wonders, you also visit a local Tibetan village and see their lifestyle. The last destination of this trekking is Kyanjin Gompa. Then you visit the ancient Buddhist monastery and glaciers in Langtang. Here you stay one more day on the next day you get an opportunity to ascend Kyangjin Ri (4350m/14268 ft). From the top, you will get 360-degree mountain views of Langtang region.
Langtang valley trekking is more existing long day walk to Langshisha Kharka. From Kyanjing Gompa the trail heading east and the trail follows the valley past the turnoff to Tsergo Ri and past the airfield. It is long walking approximately 10 hours from Kyanjing Gompa. Our guide will carry some snacks and water. Also, we recommend bringing snacks and some water with you. Along the way, you get some great views of the nearby peaks including Dorje Lakpa, and eventually Shisha Pangma, the only 8,000-meter peak in Tibet. The trail accents few minutes after continuing through the moraines marked by a number of poles with prayer flags. After having a pack lunch return to the Kayanjing Gompa. The Langtang valley trekking is one of the enjoyable short trekking routes in Nepal. From Kyangjin, you retrace your route back down from valley to Syabrubesi and then drive back to Kathmandu.

Wake up early in the morning. Have a breakfast at the hotel. Drive few minutes to catch up coach for Syabrubeshi with your trekking guide and porter. The coach departs at 7 o’clock. Enjoy seven our scenic drive through Trishuli Valley with villages, river, and mountains. The bus stops half an hour nearby highway restaurants on the way for lunch. You will be reached at Syabrubeshi (1,460m/4788ft) around 2 or 3 o’clock. Check in at mountain lodge at Syabrubeshi. The rest of the day is free. O/n at mountain lodge
From today after breakfast, your trekking starts. You start your walking at your own pace and the trail ascends for around two hours through the forest followed by a climb of about an hour to reach Bamboo village (1,850m/6,068ft) where you’ll stop for lunch. This forested path with well-stabilized trails and following the upstream and can be seen birds life around the bushes. Bee hives hanging on a cliff are another attraction for the visitors. From here you will again steeply climb through the bamboo forest to reach the Lama Hotel (2560m/8396ft) where you’ll rest and overnight at a local teahouse. O/n at mountain lodge
Today you will have a pleasant walk and follow the trail through rhododendron and pine forest for around three hours to reach Ghoda Tabela where you will stop for lunch. This surrounding area dense wild habitat area and many small babblers with lot of herbal can be found here. After lunch you will walk another three hours on the scenic trail takes you to Langtang village (3455m/11332ft) where you will relax for the evening. O/n at mountain lodge
Today after breakfast you will leave beautiful Langtang Village and start your trek leisurely for around three to four hours to visit Kyanjing Gompa. Kyanjin Gompa is the last destination of your trekking at an altitude of 3817m/12519ft from sea level. From here you will have beautiful views of Mt Ganchempo and Mt. Langtang Lirung. You will visit surrounding area like Yak cheese Factory, Kyanjin Monastery and local houses. O/n at mountain lodge
Today you will explore around natural beauties of Kyanjin Gompa. In the morning if you are interested your guide will take you to climb Tsherko Ri (5150m). Then visit Langtang glacier and Langshisha Kharka (the beautiful yak pasture land). You back to the same mountain lodge at Kyanjin for a rest. O/n at mountain lodge
This morning you retrace your steps to Ghoda Tabela. The walking will be pleasant and scenic. O/n at mountain lodge
Today you walk down to Syabrubeshi via Lama Hotel and Bamboo through previous rhododendron forest and along with Bhotekoshi river. O/n at mountain lodge
After breakfast catch a coach to set for Kathmandu. After reaching in Kathmandu, you will be taken to your hotel. Have a rest. In evening you can stroll around Thamel, the major tourist destination of Kathmandu. You can do some last minute shopping of souvenirs for your family and relatives. O/n at hotel in Kathmandu.
Today is your last day in Nepal. Our officer will come to meet you at the hotel to escort you to Kathmandu International Airport for your flight to home.

What are the differences between Silver and Gold?
The difference between these two prices is only two services. In Gold price, during trekking, we provide you with accommodation in a tea house and all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). But in Silver price, the trekkers should pay by themselves the expenses of their meals and accommodation in tea house while you're on trekking days. But other services which are included in the Gold price are also included in the Silver price.
Accommodation during trekking :
In the Langtang region, we offer you accommodation in a tea house (mountain lodge). A Tea House is the combination of a guest house, restaurant, and social hang out. The rooms are spare with twin beds and very little additional furniture. Blankets are generally provided. Most bathrooms are shared and toilets can be either a squat type of the western version. Most of the Tea Houses have running water facility. Many of them also avail hot water for shower. But you will by charge by hotel owner using a hot water shower.
Meals during trekking :
In Tea House trekking you will usually have breakfast and dinner in the lodge; lunch will between at one of the trail side restaurants. Every Tea House serves the traditional Nepali meal Dal Bhat (rice and lentils), as well as a variety of different food items, such as rice, vegetables, noodles, potatoes, and soup. Some have western food such as pizza, pasta, and French fries. Soft drinks, snacks, and beer are available in most of the Tea Houses and trail side restaurants.
Trekking Team (Guide, Porter)
We offer you an experienced trekking guide. He is in charge of your overall trekking. This is the person you should go to with all the problems, concerns and questions. He is well trained in all aspects of trekking, high altitude medicine, first aid, and emergency procedure. He is selected in terms of his professionalism. Remember that trekking guides are local citizens and their English may be basic and limited to trek related topics. About porters, they carry your luggage. They are also local citizens. Normally one porter carries 20 to 25 kg of stuff. Normally we provide one porter for two trekkers.
