Kathmandu to Pokhara by bus /6hrs drive/ overnight at Pokhara Hotel.
Pokhara to Lowang 1600M by bus /2hrs. Overnight at Local Home stay.
Lowang to Dhampus 1650M by walk/5hrs.Overnight at local Home stay
Dhampus to Astham 1300M by walk/4hrs .Overnight at Home stay
Astham to Pokhara via Suikhet/2hrs walk and 1hrs drive to Pokhara.
Drive Pokhara to Kathmandu. One ward your journey.

Detailed Itinerary
Traveling from Kathmandu to Pokhara by bus is a common and convenient way to get between these two popular cities in Nepal. The distance between Kathmandu and Pokhara is approximately 200 kilometers (124 miles), and the journey typically takes around 6-8 hours by bus, depending on road conditions and traffic.
After having breakfast in the morning we will leave Pokhara and drive towards north. The road will follow Seti river bank way. Looking at the mountain, local village, terrace field we will reach Lowang. After reaching the village we will go to visit the village and the tea garden just above the village.Overnight at Local Home stay.
We will leave this village in the morning after having breakfast. And we will head towards the west traversing through village , lush green forest, river. We will reach Dhampus and we have launch and we will visit the village in the evening. Next morning we will wake up early morning for sunrise.Overnight at local Home stay.
we will leave Dhampus after having breakfast and our trail goes through the ridge of the hillock. After four hour walking we will reach Astam where we will have our Launch and visit village. We will wake up early next morning for sunrise..Overnight at Home stay
After watching the sunrise and the mountain view our hike will descend down towards Suikhet from where our car pick us up. We will reach Pokhara in the afternoon and we can have time in Pokhara for more sightseeing around the town. Overnight at Pokhara hotel.
