Myagdi Baglung Eco trek is the newly introduced trekking trail which passes through the village and trail of Myagdhi and Baglung district. This trek goes through the trail of Myagdi and Baglung district. This region is located towards the west of Annapurna and south of Dhaulagiri. This trek offers a great variety of landscape, custom, culture, and tradition of Gurung, Thakali, Brahmin, Chhetri and Magar people. The majority is Magar people so we can have a chance to explore Magar culture, custom, tradition and the way of living in this region. During this trek, we have to traverse through varied landscape and terrain.
Myagdi Baglung Eco trek is very special for some reason like it goes through the offbeat trail, Indigenous people and culture,Dhorpatan hunting reserve and its remote access. During this trekking, we go through little high elevation around 3200M and we can see the spectacular Himalayan view. The major attraction of this trek is Magar culture and Dhorpatan hunting reserve. The Magar people one of the major ethnic group people from Nepal living in the big group in this region. We can say that this Myagdhi Baglung region is the home of Magar culture, custom, tradition. In the middle of the trek, our trail goes through Dhorpatan hunting reserve where we can see many different types of birds, animals, and vegetation.
Myagdi Baglung Eco trek generally the term Eco refers Eco-friendly or sustainable environment-friendly. This trek is developed based on Eco-friendly tourism. This trek will take you to the heart of unexplored Magar village, culture, people and the way of living since the early time. The Magar is one of the major ethnic groups of Nepal living in the west and the midwestern hilly areas and following the Hinduism and their own rituals as well. During this trek, we have to sleep in local homes or in the wild using the tent and prepare our food by our self. But in the village areas, there is the facility of staying in the local home called home stay so we can get close to local culture, custom, tradition, and way of living from the close distance.

Drive Beni To Darbang. Trek to Takum.
Trek Takum to Lamsung.
Trek Lamsung to Upallo Jaljala.
Trek Upallo Jaljala to Chhentung.
Trek Chhentung to Dhorpatan.
Explore around Dhorpatan. Visit Tibetan refugee camp.
Trek Dhorpatan to Sukurdung.
Trek to Sukurdung to Burtibang
Drive Burtibang to Pokhara.
Drive to Kathmandu.
Transfer to Kathmandu International airport. For final departure.

Early morning drive Kathmandu(1350 M) to Beni(830M). 9 hrs. The bus leaving from New bus park Kathmandu goes to Beni via Prithivi highway and after reaching Pokhara it goes towards north to Beni. Overnight at mountain Lodge.
After breakfast three hour drive Beni to Darbang(1030 M). Trek to Takum(1665 M). 4 hrs walking. Overnight at Local home stay / Tented camp

rom Takum the trail goes through several villages like Jhiwa Danda, Machhim, Muna where we can see the local people and their culture, custom and the way of living. After 6 hour walking you will reach to Lamsung (2950 M). Overnight at Home stay /Tented camp
From Lamsung scenic walk and you will cross the After crossing the river myagdi khola the trail goes upward towards Upallo Jaljala(3430 M). We will pass through several villages and big rhododendron forest and also we can see the lake calle Barahi tal. 7 hrs walking. Overnight at Local home stay / Tented camp.
From Upallo Jaljala the trail goes downhill in the beginning and the trail follows the Uttar Ganga river valley until we reach the village Chhentung(2940 M). 6 hrs Walking. Overnight at Local home stay / Tented camp.
From Chhentung the trail follow the river of Uttar Ganga, the trail continuous pleasant walk to Dhorpatan(2860 M). 4 hrs walking. Overnight at Local home stay /Tented camp

From Dhorpatan trail passes through the Deurali bhanjyang and the trail follows the Phurdung Khola river bank. From Dhorpatan you will continuous walk 6 hours to Sukurdung(2045 M). Overnight at Local home stay / Tented camp.
From Sukurdung trail continuous to downhill passing through several villages and after reaching Bobang(1730 M).If your tired to walk you can take a jeep to the Burtibang (1130 M). 8 hrs walking. Overnight at Local Lodge/Home stay or Tented Camp.
After breakfast senic five hour drive to Pokhara.Overnight at Pokhara hotel

Early morning after breakfast 10 m walk from your your Lakeside hotel. It is pleasant 7 hours drive to Kathmandu by tourist bus. Overnight at Kathmandu hotel.
