Airport representative from our office will pick you up at airport and drop you to your hotel. Then we have discussion and orientation about journey with guide about the trip. Duffel bag, sleeping bag, jacket arrangement is also made at the same time.
Early morning we drive to Domestic airport for Lukla flight which takes 25 minute. We take short break in Lukla for refreshment and introduction with porter then we walk to Phakding 2610m. Launch on the way at the place called Thado Koshi. Duration of trek is 3hrs for this day.
This day we pass through several villages crossing river Dudh Koshi several times through suspension bridge. We stop at Jorsalle for launch and we walk uphill straight up after the place called Larja Dovan which is tough part of the hike for the day.
We go for day hike to Everest view hotel 3880m for acclimatization which roughly takes 4 hours of walk. We can see the panoramic view of Mt Everest and other famous mountain of Khumbu region. Sherpa culture and village is another highlight.
This day we walk towards left side of the valley passing through several Sherpa villages. We take launch at the village called Thamo which is also Sherpa village. we cross the river Bhote Koshi through narrow gorge and walk uphill half an hour then reach Thame 3800m.
This day we walk to Lungden 4380m via bank of Bhote Koshi river. The trail is very beautiful with magnificent mountain view. We pass through yak pastureland so we see many yaks during the hike. we reach Lungden for overnight stay and prepare for the pass.
This day we start trekking early morning which goes all the way uphill until the top of Renjo – La 5430m. From the top of Renjola we can see the beautiful panoramic view of Mountain including some of the world highest including Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Choyou, Amadablam. We hike down to Gokyo for overnight stay.
We hike to Gokyo Ri 5357m early morning from where we can see panoramic view of Himalaya then we hike down to Gokyo and trek to Dragnag 4700m crossing the Ngozumba glacier. we walk total 6hrs this day.
This day early morning hike leads to the top of Chola 5368m and we walk down to Zongla then we walk further to Lobouche 4900m where we stay overnight. The view we can see this day is mesmerizing many close up view of towering mountain.
This day we trek to Everest Base Camp 5364m. First we go to Gorakshep 5140m where we take launch and we walk to Everest base camp then we come back to Gorakshep for overnight stay. We walk 8 hours in total this day.
We hike to Kalapathar 5550m hill for the panoramic view of Mt Everest, Lhotse, Thamserku, Pumori etc. It takes 3hrs to reach the top and one hours to come back. We walk to Lobouche for overnight stay after having breakfast in Gorakshep. We walk 6hrs total this day.
This day we walk to Chhukung via Khongmala pass 5535m and descend down to Chhukung 4730m. The duration of hike is 9 hours so we eat packed launch on the way. after reaching Chhukung we celebrate for successful pass crossing.
This day we explore around Chhukung. There are bunch of side trips like Chhukung Ri, Imja lake, Island peak base camp that we can do one of these on this day. We come back same place for overnight stay.
This day we walk downhill towards Dingbochey 4410mfollowing Imja river. Dingbochey is one of the highest village locating in the lap of Mt Amadablam. We have great view of mountains on this hike. Dingbochey village consists of several traditional, mordern houses and many field fenced by granite stone.
This day we walk back down to Namche bazar which takes roughly about 8 hrs which is mostly downhill. We rejuvenate taking hot shower and go for museum visit which is very interesting. You can take body massage here to get rid of the sore muscles from trek also parting is possible here.
We trek down to Phakding which goes downhill to Larja Dovan and traverse through stone spread trail which follows right and left side of the valley respectively. Phakding is the warmest and the lowest place of journey so far thus you can feel hottest here.
We have short walk on this day which takes only three hours to reach Lukla. After reaching Lukla we take launch, shower and village walk at the end. Evening we have thanks giving ceremony with porters for successful journey.
We take breakfast and walk to Lukla airport early morning to fly back to Kathmandu. Its 30 minute scenic flight. You will be picked up from airport to hotel. you have free time for shopping and at evening you will have dinner with cultural show.
After breakfast walk around Thamel, Last minute shopping and prepare for departure. We transfer you to the international airport for your final departure. It is suggested to leave before 3 hour for airport.

Next day our guide “Wanchu Sherpa” check our trekking gear and he recommend some necessary trek gear. Our trek start thrilling adventures flight to Lukla. We had enjoyed view from Syangboche. The Renjola Pass, Kongma-La and Cho -La pass has a lot of snow and ice. I found quite adventures of three pass. The Himalayan Smile treks team was so good the whole way along.
